I have witnessed how childhood wounds, emotional or narcissistic abuse, and even spiritual betrayals by trusted leaders can quietly shape someone’s worldview and daily experience, and I am committed to helping you recognize and release burdens you may have carried for years without knowing their full impact.
In our time together I will use CBT, DBT, attachment theory, Gestalt and mindfulness—into a trauma-sensitive, strengths-based approach tailored to you. I can integrate faith if requested. I help adults improve communication, manage anger, address pornography addiction, anxiety, depression, and heal from narcissistic, emotional and spiritual abuse.
