Therapeutic Philosophy
I believe in the power of therapy. My own journey helped me uncover my core values and sparked meaningful change. Now, as a therapist, I’m here to help you find your path. Therapy isn’t about rushing—especially in grief. It’s about creating space for all your emotions and allowing healing at your own pace.
What to Expect in Therapy
In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and pinpoint areas that need attention. I’m here to support your growth and celebrate every step forward.
Qualifications and Experience
I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University (2015). My experience includes working with a hospice organization and helping women transition out of homelessness or incarceration. As a military veteran and former EMT, I have a deep appreciation for those who serve their communities
Personal Life
I live in Colorado Springs with my husband, three children, and two dogs. We enjoy staying active and love roasting marshmallows by the fire with some music.
