Mrs. Michaela Zoppa

Licensed Professional Counselor | MA, LPC

You may look like you have it all together—driven, responsible, and dependable—but inside, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of your worth. You’re often caught in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, and fear of making mistakes. You’re exhausted and burnt out, and it feels like no matter how hard you try, it’s never enough. You want to feel peace and confidence, but you’re not sure how to get there.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and client-centered. I draw from trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to help you heal at the root level, not just manage symptoms. I specialize in helping women and teen girls work through anxiety, trauma, and burnout. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College, a program known for its strong integration of biblical truth and clinical training.

In therapy, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your faith is welcomed and your story is honored. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that feel afraid or overwhelmed, and begin to untangle the beliefs that keep you stuck—so you can move forward with confidence, clarity, and hope.

I provide counseling for women and teens throughout Colorado, along with IFS-Informed EMDR therapy intensives for women in Colorado Springs.

You don’t have to walk through this alone. I’d be honored to support you. Interested in working together? Schedule a free 20-minute consultation on my website.
