As a military spouse, I understand the unique pressures that come with life transitions and the stresses of service life. I have had the privilege of supporting military families—both veterans and active duty personnel—along with individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. With God’s guidance, I have walked through tough seasons and helped others find healing, joy, and purpose.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I bring these tools into my Christian counseling practice to ensure our work is rooted in both faith and evidence-based approaches.
