I’ve worked for a little while as an educator and therapist. I’ve worked with immigrants, veterans, trauma survivors, college students, clients experiencing relationship difficulties, social anxiety, and depression. I’ve also worked in Christian faith-based settings. No matter the person or circumstance, peace and happiness are achievable.
Outside of work and family, I enjoy volunteering for my church. I am a musician, engage in missions work, and teach scripture. I named my practice Planted by Water from biblical references that often involve trees. God has always been good to me and my family and has never failed me. The Bible teaches that those who trust in God are like trees planted by water. There are different seasons in our lives which affect us and yet God promises peace if we put our trust in Him.
