With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, and couples. As the owner of Hopescape Counseling Services, I focus on helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues. My client-centered approach is designed to foster personal growth, healing, and lasting change.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Huntington University and a Master of Arts (MA) in Professional Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. This diverse educational background, combined with two years of experience in NeuroChange Process Growth Groups, has equipped me with advanced skills in using neuroscience-informed techniques. By replacing unhealthy emotional patterns with transformative core emotional learnings, I help clients achieve deeper self-awareness and sustainable emotional well-being.

My career includes leadership roles such as Director of Admissions, where I managed crisis interventions, inpatient care coordination, staff development, and community outreach. I’ve also directed large behavioral health programs, overseeing clinical teams and services for outpatient therapy, addiction recovery, crisis response, and youth mental health support.

In addition to my clinical work, I have served as a Community Health Outreach Educator and Staff Clinician, collaborating with criminal justice and community organizations to support justice-involved adults and lead intensive outpatient therapy programs. My academic contributions include teaching courses in crisis and career counseling as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Townsend Institute, Concordia University Irvine. These experiences have enhanced my therapeutic expertise and broadened my ability to address diverse client needs.
