I’ve been married for 29 years, with 4 adult kids (ages 19-26) and our whole family has been active in our church for decades. We love camping, being outdoors, being together, and eating good food. I’ve loved watching our kids grow up physically, mentally, and mostly spiritually.
Professionally, I love working with families and couples. Helping to navigate the often confusing times of marriage and parenting. I’ve also worked a lot with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and difficult times.
When I’m working with people, I tend to have an gently optimistic attitude and have a practical approach to solving our mental, emotional, and relational struggles in life.
