You Love God – But You’re Struggling. You’ve done everything you know to do.

Prayed.

Read Scripture.

Tried to “cast your cares.”

But the anxiety still lingers. The sadness won’t lift. The memories still haunt you.

You keep showing up and smiling when expected, but inside, you’re exhausted and the questions you carry about yourself and God won’t leave you alone.

You silence your doubts and tell yourself to trust and quietly, beneath it all, a deeper fear grows.
At best, you wonder if you’re doing something wrong. At worst, you wonder if something is wrong with you.
So, you keep hiding it. All of it.

It’s Time to Stop Hiding
You don’t have to continue burying the panic or downplaying the grief
You’re not broken or faithless. You’re hurting. And therapy can help.

I offer a space where you don’t have to pretend.

And you won’t be met with shame. You’ll be met with understanding. The questions that felt too big, too scary, or too “un-Christian” to say out loud can finally be spoken here.

Therapy isn’t failing your faith. It’s letting your faith lead you to healing. You’ve been stuck in the same painful cycles mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually, but it’s not because you haven’t tried hard enough.
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and it doesn’t happen by pushing everything down and calling it trust.

The Bible tells us, “The truth will set you free.” That’s where we begin, by telling the truth about what’s going on inside. Not just the polished version you share at Bible study, but the truth about the anxiety, the guilt, the overwhelm.

Bit by bit, you’ll start to breathe again.

To feel safe again.

To feel whole, not because everything is perfect but because what you know in your head can finally be felt in your heart.
