I have experience working with youth, couples, and families, as well as human trafficking survivors, incarcerated youth affiliated with gangs, domestic violence survivors, and individuals experiencing a range of symptoms, including dissociative disorders, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, spiritual trauma, and substance use.
I utilize an integrative, strength-based and trauma-informed approach, which includes narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, feminist therapy, humanistic therapy, and mindfulness techniques. Using an integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment uniquely to you. This is your story, your space, and your time to begin thriving!
