I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and Missouri who works with professionals who are struggling at work or at home. Raised in a Christian home and as a “PK” (or pastor’s kid), I understand mental health dynamics from a Christian lens. I support career professionals, ministry leaders, husbands, wives and young adults who are struggling with a myriad of issues including anxiety, work stress, navigating relationships, depression, grief, trauma, betrayal, burnout, panic attacks and more. In offering a Christian-oriented approach, I can provide professional mental health support and an understanding of Christian values and spiritually informed care.
