Mrs. Vanessa Grace Fagnant

Licensed Marriage Family Therapist – Associate | MAMFT, MFTC, LPCC

Vanessa Fagnant Graduated from Regis University in 2021 with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (M.F.T.). In addition, Mrs. Fagnant is a Theologian as of 2015 when she completed a Masters in Marriage and Family Studies (M.T.S.) from the John Paul II Institute for Marriage and Family Studies. She has integrated the philosophy of “Being as Gift” into Emotionally Focused Therapy, integrating her two master’s degrees. This philosophy highlights who we are as humans, and shifts the value from what we do to who we are. So often we do not learn this message in today’s society or from our Families of Origin. Sometimes we need help shifting our views and learning to validate and affirm our unique selves. Vanessa enjoys accompanying families, couples, and individuals in their journey to discover how accessing CORE emotions can lead to finding hope and joy in whatever life brings. Vanessa only offers individual therapy to adults. Children are welcome for family therapy and neurofeedback. She is in the process of becoming BCN-certified in Neurofeedback. If you’re interested in learning more about its benefits for symptoms of ADHD and other mental health disorders, please inform her. Her husband, Henry Fagnant, is joining her practice to offer medicine management as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. They work together to provide what clients need to reach their mental health goals.
