Our relationships with God, ourselves, and others are interconnected, just like body, soul, and spirit are interconnected. Where one part is suffering, the others are suffering.

God created us for a thriving, loving relationship with Him, as well as with ourselves and others. Therapy is one way of partnering with Him to restore these relationships that have been broken and build the Kingdom of Heaven on earth—to learn to truly love God with all our being and to love others and ourselves as an overflow.

Therapy has transformed my own life. My experiences with depression, anxiety, and burnout, even as someone who loved God and was actively serving Him, led me to seek answers and healing. Today, I use not only my professional training but also my personal experience to serve others on their own journeys of healing and growth, in partnership with the Holy Spirit. I blend elements of Psychodynamic Therapy (including Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, and Parts Work informed by Internal Family Systems) with techniques that incorporate somatic awareness like Mindfulness and Brainspotting. This helps us not only get at the “software” but also the “hardware,” partnering with the Holy Spirit to rewire mind and heart to align with Truth.
