I received my Master of Arts in Counseling with honors from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. I have spent decades serving in church ministry, providing teaching and discipleship. As a therapist, it is my desire to serve the body of Christ in emotional wholeness and to support people as they grow in their relationship with God and others.
For those who have faced spiritual abuse, I come from a place of intimate knowledge of the wounds that can come from leaders that we trust. I come alongside my clients as they grieve the losses and pain that can come from those experiences with the hope that they can make their way toward healing, with their faith intact.
Ministry leaders and their families, I deeply respect and value this role as I know that you wear many hats (spiritual leader, servant, CEO, theologian, motivational speaker, counselor, etc.), and I seek to provide a space where you can be encouraged, supported, and find healing.
Teens and young adults who are trying to figure out their next steps, navigate relationships, and discover how to walk out their faith, I would love to work with you!
Couples facing challenges in their marriage, whether it be infidelity or an empty nest, it would be a privilege to come alongside you and support you to find healing.
Whatever you may be facing, my goal is to understand your individual perspective. I have the conviction that it is only by understanding your lens that I can collaborate with you for a custom-fit approach to your therapy experience. It is my desire that you are heard and understood.

My Rates are $150 per individual (50 Minute Session), $180 per couple (70 minute session), and $75 (per person during group therapy)
