EMDR Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor
I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and patterns of disordered thinking, many of which are rooted in unresolved trauma. Trauma—whether experienced through a single event or repeated over time—can deeply impact one’s sense of identity, emotional regulation, and ability to engage in healthy, connected relationships.
In our work together, we will explore how past wounds continue to influence your present life, relationships, and faith. Therapy is a space to gently uncover the sources of pain, foster insight, and move toward healing that is both emotionally and spiritually restorative. My goal is to help you develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and to others.
I utilize trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, somatic-based interventions, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt techniques, and DBT skills to support healing of both the mind and body. For clients who desire it, I intentionally integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into therapy, honoring Scripture, prayer, and spiritual reflection as meaningful components of the healing process.
Wherever you are on your journey, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, wisdom, and respect.
