I began my journey into counseling through full-time ministry, where I discovered a deep calling to walk alongside people in seasons of growth, suffering, and transformation. As a member of a military family, I understand firsthand the unique challenges of transition, sacrifice, resilience, and identity that come with that life.
I see myself as a fellow pilgrim—someone who comes alongside others with humility, compassion, and hope. My approach is faith-integrated and trauma-informed, honoring both the spiritual and emotional dimensions of each person’s story. I am passionate about creating a safe, grounded space where individuals and families can heal, grow, and move toward the life God is inviting them into.
