Licensed Professional Counselor | MA, LPC
I provide Christ centered, trauma informed counseling for individuals seeking healing, restoration, and emotional renewal. I am a licensed professional counselor who integrates clinical expertise with a biblical worldview, addressing the whole person mind, body, and spirit.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, as well as two separate Master’s degrees: one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and one in Addiction Counseling, both from the University of the Cumberlands. I have advanced training in trauma treatment and recovery, including certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
My clinical experience includes private practice, inpatient psychiatric care, and dual diagnosis treatment. Prior to becoming licensed, I spent several years working within a church setting providing pastoral care support and mentoring, which continues to inform my faith integrated approach.
I work with adults and young adults seeking trauma informed, faith integrated counseling for concerns such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship and attachment related concerns, and life transitions.
