Marilyn Baker is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors working with diverse populations and internationally. She has been involved in Christian ministry since 2016 and received her graduate degree from Western Seminary.
Marilyn focuses on providing direct counseling services to those in high-stress work environments and those struggling with chronic physical or emotional burdens. She helps adults and teens overcome anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, boundary issues, self-worth, and relational issues. She individualizes her approach for each client using a person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach with strength-based clinically focused methods. She loves to bring respect, warmth, and levity into the counseling room and looks forward to working with you.
I am in-network with Regence, Premera, First Choice health and their subsidiaries (please see full list of accepted insurances on my website). For any insurance out-of-network, I can provide superbills that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. Non-insurance, out-of-pocket rate is $160 per session.
