Krista has spent over a decade working with women and families and is the founder of Set Your Mind and Girl Above, a local non-profit dedicated to improving the mental health and confidence of women and girls. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and Certified Life Coach.
Krista’s background as a former educator and coach gives her a unique perspective on the pressures women face as they pursue success, manage transitions, and seek balance between expectations and authenticity. She specializes in working with young adult and adult women experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, life changes, and challenges related to faith and identity.
Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with a compassionate, insight-oriented style that helps clients uncover the deeper roots of their stress and self-doubt. Krista is passionate about helping women move toward lasting change—developing resilience, clarity, and confidence as they navigate relationships, career, and personal growth.
Over the years, she has launched a podcast, spoken to hundreds of women and parents across Colorado, and facilitated groups focused on confidence, identity, and leadership. Krista is dedicated to helping women find clarity, strength, and peace as they navigate life transitions and learn to lead themselves well.
Krista is a Colorado native and currently lives in Lakewood with her husband, their son, and their Goldendoodle, Ollie.
