Judy is a licensed professional counselor with over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from La Salle University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health from Lancaster Bible College. Judy has worked extensively with clients experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation. Her practice also includes individuals with life transitions, self-esteem issues, marriage and family difficulties. Judy’s clinical practice is eclectic, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Structures Therapy and a spiritual guidance approach. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges in their lives by providing tools and building resilience. She utilizes strength and evidence-based strategies that motivate and empower growth and sustain change. Judy is passionate in the belief that intervention can make a difference and should be available so everyone can function optimally. All of her work is done in a judgment free space where clients have the freedom to grow emotionally and cognitively.
