My goal is for you to live a life that’s worthy to you. I want you to release from the burdens and find your strength. We will work on building tools and skills to help with anxiety and depression. We will learn what your responses are from body, mind and soul. I find my work is transparent and healing. My experience is around trauma with families and military processing and desensitization, sexual healing and the grief/loss process and the 7 steps through this. I also have training in addictions.
