I am Janis Cross, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I provide tools for each individual’s unique needs to overcome anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I have personal experience and clinical expertise in supporting individuals navigating separation, divorce, blended families, parenting challenges, depression, addiction, trauma, and anxiety. My work is dedicated to validating each person’s experience to help them achieve peace and serenity.
