Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor | MS, LCPC, LPC-S
I provide remote services only
I counsel with an Open Bible, offering therapeutic insight from a Christian perspective.
I am a trained therapist, licensed in Illinois and Missouri, who understands the role of God in healing. I integrate Biblical principles into therapeutic conversations to guide you toward better mental health, spiritual healing, and transformation. Together, we’ll untangle our emotions, confront tough convictions, and shift from self-focus to God-focused solutions. Our goal is to help you uncover the truths that Scripture provides to guide and navigate us through life’s toughest times. Your emotional pain is more than a physical or mental struggle – it’s a spiritual response to suffering. I’ll walk beside you as we examine what is true, worthy, honest, and right. There is truth to be discovered.
Christian biblical counseling focuses on how God views mental health and its root causes. Biblical counseling is NOT about quoting relevant Bible verses and assigning prayer in hopes of supernatural healing. That is not helpful, nor is it biblical.
Worldly advice given by secular counselors is well-intentioned, but misses an essential aspect of life – God. Allow me to show you how God has provided instructions on living a life of responsibilities without doubt, fear, or apprehension. Being happy once again is possible!
Today is a new day. Learn to live intentionally, not emotionally. Biblical counseling uses scripture to help you understand your unique situation. We will focus on the root causes of the behavior, thoughts, and emotions causing anxiety, panic, compulsions, and complex grief and loss.
Call today to set up a 20-minute free consultation to meet, ask questions, and discover the difference.
SPECIALIZING IN: Anxiety, Intrusive thoughts, Sadness and Grief, Complex Grief, and Compulsive Control Issues that manifest themselves in the form of perfectionism, people-pleasing, security, and comfort.
You were never meant to face your pain alone. God has a plan and purpose for you that needs attention. We all have a purpose, and we will find peace and joy when we discover our purpose in God (1 Peter 5:10).
