I bring an abundance of life experience as a Christian, woman, daughter, wife and parent. I seek God’s wisdom in all things including my work as a counselor. I work with individuals, families, and couples who are seeking mental wellness and healthy relationships. My approach is experiential and emotion focused. I use AEDP techniques to undo aloneness as we explore and heal what is disrupting your present life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC 05047) in Kansas. I believe in-person sessions are best for clients, but I can offer teletherapy to clients located in Kansas. I have experience with ages 16 to 70 including relationship distress, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting, marriage, premarital and more. I also offer pre-engagement counseling for couples considering getting engaged.
