I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) with specialized training in EMDR and the Gottman Method. My calling is to walk alongside individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges, including pornography and sex addiction, trauma, substance use, anxiety, and grief. I approach counseling from a Christian worldview, providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore struggles and discover hope, healing, and freedom.
My Journey
From an early age, I’ve been drawn to understanding the stories of others—their joys, hardships, and struggles. My own experiences with depression, anxiety, loss, and loneliness taught me the transformative value of counseling and community. While serving on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ, I met students and young adults struggling with pornography, addiction, and questions about meaning and purpose. These experiences inspired me to pursue a Masters in Counseling and additional specialized training to better serve those who feel lost or trapped.

I strive to be a fellow traveler with my clients. Together, we examine how challenges have shaped your life and work toward a path of restoration and freedom. I meet each client where they are, providing a Christ-centered perspective without requiring faith participation—your story and journey are central. I practice (and own) at Reviving Hope Christian Counseling, a faith-based center in Fort Worth, TX, where I provide counseling alongside a team of licensed therapists committed to helping clients experience healing and restoration.
