My approach is not just about changing behaviors, it is about transformation. That is, to understand what we’re really feeling and why we do what we do as individuals or in our relationships.
Unconsciously, we often do what we think protects us in response to messages/beliefs/traumas. Behaviors that once ‘protected us’ may no longer serve us as adults and can lead to challenges in life. I can help you understand and rewrite the impact of family of origin and replace with biblical truths.
