I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing in New Jersey, North Carolina, and South Carolina. I received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College in 2013. I have been in private practice since 2013. During my schooling, I interned as a Substance Abuse Counselor from 2011–2013. I have experience working with children, adults, and families in both individual and group settings. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which is the exploration of faulty thinking patterns and their influence on behavior; however, I also utilize other approaches as deemed necessary by each individual client’s needs. My approach to counseling includes exploring a person’s psychology, spirituality and biology, recognizing how each is impacting the others. Sessions are virtual Only, utilizing a HIPPA compliant counseling platform with audio and video.
