I am a Colorado native, preacher’s kid, wife, mother of teens, who loves helping others and loves Jesus even more! All this gives me a well-rounded perspective in helping couples, families, and individuals handle difficult life circumstances. We all sometimes struggle to communicate our needs and deepest desires, or we can get stuck in unhealthy patterns. Life can be hard, especially now in our fast-paced, stress-filled, and complicated world.
I enjoy listening to people with empathy and compassion, no matter the circumstances. I have an eclectic style including person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family therapy that works well with clients and their situations. I have education and training working with couples, families, and individuals and the unique situations they encounter.
