My goal is to help individuals deepen their connection with their thoughts, emotions, and needs, while also integrating faith as a source of strength and hope. Often, the first step toward change is creating space to listen more clearly—to yourself and to God’s gentle leading. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New York University. Over the course of my career, I have worked in diverse settings, including public school, higher education, medical facilities, home care settings, and private practice. These experiences have shaped my ability to meet clients with understanding and to support them in moving toward their personal goals and overall well-being.
