Hi, I’m Adaris.
One of my greatest callings is holding space for women who are weary from carrying it all—grief, motherhood, ministry, identity, and expectations too heavy to name. It’s a quiet honor to walk with you through the in-between places—when life doesn’t look like you thought it would and you’re not sure who you are anymore.
My approach is evidence-based, biblically rooted, and guided by compassion. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”—it’s about remembering who you are, making room for what matters, and gently becoming who God is calling you to be.
I work best with women who long to go deeper—not just talk through the week but uncover what’s beneath the surface. You don’t have to show up perfect here. This is a space to breathe, grieve, rest, and reconnect—with God, with yourself, and with your purpose.
