Adam began practicing Christian Psychiatry in Philadelphia in 2019 after graduating from Thomas Jefferson University with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, he attended Wheaton College in Illinois, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 2025 Adam earned a Doctor of Medical Science specializing in Behavioral Medicine from the University of Lynchburg. As a PA-C, Adam is licensed in the state of Virginia and DC to prescribe medications.
Adam is a lecturer at multiple universities teaching in Physician Assistant, Pre-Health, and Pre-Med graduate and undergraduate programs.
Since beginning practice Adam enjoys holding lectures and Q&A events for churches across the United States discussing mental health topics from a Christian perspective.
Beginning a practice during the pandemic highlighted for Adam the ways that even in the midst of deep suffering God’s goodness and glory are revealed.
