I am a licensed therapist living in Colorado Springs, CO. My office is located in the Charis Christian Center building off of Federal Drive. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy therapy as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in my work. Every tool gained from the field of psychology I use is filtered through a biblical lens. I strive to implement sound biblical truths into the professional counseling atmosphere. I encourage my clients to use their faith in the process of counseling in order to deal with the issues that they are facing. I offer insurance based therapy as well as counseling through my non-profit counseling ministry. I am in network with most major insurance companies. I am willing to offer free 20 minute phone consultations so clients have a chance to ask me questions and see if I am a good fit for them.
