I’m an Independent Certified Social Worker licensed in MS, AL, and MT. As a counselor, I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, children, and families as they navigate life’s challenges.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, evidence-based, and faith-integrated. I believe counseling should feel safe, collaborative, and impactful. I strive to ensure clients feel seen and understood while helping them gain insight and learn practical tools to truly thrive in their lives. I also believe healing happens best in the context of connection, curiosity, and compassion—and that progress doesn’t require perfection. Whatever season you find yourself in and whatever you are facing, you don’t have to figure it out alone!

I’m a Trust-based Relational Intervention Practitioner, Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics Practitioner, Safe and Sound Protocol Provider, and Prepare-Enrich Facilitator. I’m trained in EMDR, OCD, ERP, and Foundational TraumaPlay. I’ve also received training in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Theraplay, The Marschak Intervention Method, Trauma Competent Care, and TF-CBT.
