I have been a counselor since 2001 and specialize in treating anxiety, depression and trauma. I’m a brain-based therapist and use brain-based modalities such as brainspotting for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have been trained in brain science by the Amen Clinic and Damir Del Monte, MD of Germany and conduct psychological evaluations for children, teens and adults. I have recently been trained to work with those clients 65 and older.
