Hi, I’m Idalia. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Pastoral Counselor who offers a calm, nonjudgmental space for women to find healing and hope. Many of the women I work with are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma. My goal is to walk with you through the process of emotional and spiritual renewal—helping you find peace, confidence, and clarity as you grow. My approach is collaborative and rooted in respect for each woman’s story, values, and goals.
For clients who wish to include faith in their counseling process, I offer that integration at their comfort level. My desire is to help women strengthen emotional well-being, build confidence, and experience greater peace and balance in daily life.
