I am a clinical psychologist, licensed in New York State and board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults (age 18+) delivered 100% in a video telehealth format to clients in New York. I graduated from Wheaton College (Psy.D., Clinical Psychology) and Palm Beach Atlantic University (B.S., Psychology). I have over 20 years of experience conducting psychological assessments and providing cognitive-behavioral therapy.
This is a specialty practice providing individual psychotherapy to adult clients in a video telehealth format. The primary focus is individual, Christian-based psychotherapy to Christian clients and pastors from a Biblical worldview. I am interested in working with individuals seeking cognitive-behavioral therapy to address problems such as depression, anxiety, generalized anxiety/worry, PTSD, panic disorder, ADHD, sleep problems, anger, and stress. My areas of personal interest include Christian counseling; evidence-based psychotherapy; working with pastors; athletes; coaches; law enforcement personnel; and healthcare workers. I am unable to provide services to Military/Veterans in this setting. I do not provide marital or family therapy. I am accepting new clients. I speak English.
