Nathan Bailey

My BS is in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania. I completed my Masters in Clinical Counseling at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA. Since 2002, I have worked in the behavioral health field within a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient and crisis stabilization. My work has included providing individual/group therapy as well as evaluations. I had the privilege of helping to establish the Drug Court program in Montgomery County Pennsylvania. I have many years experience in working with those serving in the military and their families. Whether I’m working directly with someone who needs help or their family, I use evidence based practices and trauma informed care.

I have led several organization training & development teams and enjoy coaching on employee job performance/satisfaction, leadership and organizational development.

In addition to my work at Lime Tree Counseling, I work as an Adjunct Professor for Eastern University’s graduate program in Counseling & Psychology and Messiah University’s graduate counseling program. I am licensed in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Colorado.

I am a member of the National Association of Addiction Professionals, the Pennsylvania Association of Addiction Professionals and the Council on Compulsive Gambling of Pennsylvania.

When I’m not working, I enjoy time with my wife and our three children. I also love reading, music, hiking, coffee and woodworking.
