Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | MS, LMFT

I provide remote services only

It is nearly impossible to go through life unscathed by periods of hardship and difficulty. These moments can leave you with emotional scars that sap away your joy and happiness. Whether you are experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, or a variety of other concerns, I am here to walk alongside you, supporting you on your journey toward healing.

In addition to adults, I work with children & teens, both individually and in collaboration with caregivers. Every child responds to stressors differently and it can sometimes feel overwhelming trying to find a way to support them. Whether you are navigating oppositional behaviors, have a teen dealing with anxiety, or anything in-between, I am here to help.

I don’t believe one size fits all when it comes to therapy. Rather than being the expert in the room, I prefer to work collaboratively with you in identifying the treatment methods most effective in helping you reach your unique goals. I have experience utilizing various therapy models, such as CBT, DBT, Narrative, & Solution-Focused. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for treating PTSD, as well as certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy—an evidence-based treatment that is geared toward helping children overcome trauma.

Additionally, I am able to incorporate a Christian, faith-based perspective into treatment for those who are interested. I understand how important one’s faith can be when it comes to the healing process, so it is my goal to create a nonjudgmental space where you can approach your struggles through a biblical lens, as well as examine, question, and reflect on your beliefs as your comfort level dictates.

I received both my BA in Psychology (2016) and MS in Clinical/Counseling Psychology (2018) from California State University, San Bernardino. I have worked in community mental health for the past three years, gaining experience with both children and adults dealing with a wide range of mental health concerns.
