Life is full of ups and downs. Anxiety, depression, past trauma, and unexpected loss or changes can become huge barriers to success and joy. Sometimes the challenges we face can be better overcome by reaching out for help and support. I will use not only my education, skills, and a decade of experience as a counselor to walk with you on a path to hope, but I will draw upon my faith and knowledge of the One who is the reason for my hope, Jesus Christ. According to Matthew 18:20, “…where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them”. It would be my honor and privilege to come together and work with you on overcoming whatever challenges you are facing.
