Hi! I’m Dr. Aundrea and I help people navigate life changes and relationship challenges so they can thrive. Many of my clients come in to therapy feeling unseen, unheard, discombobulated after a life change, and stuck in relational patterns. My hope is that they leave session with some form of hope and lasting tools to navigate their world and its troubles.

I believe that exploring emotions is the key to understanding and moving through stressful times. I also believe that creating an honest and trusting therapeutic relationship is necessary for growth and change. Most importantly, I believe in the power of God to revive, reconstruct, and reconcile. He has overcome the world and so to your troubles.

I earned my doctorate at Rosemead School of Psychology and have been practicing for over a decade. Prior to full-time private practice, I held faculty positions at major universities including: George Fox University and Biola University.
