If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or life stress, I am here to help. You may be feeling very overwhelmed right now and having difficulty finding a Christian therapist in your area. I have experience assisting clients with relationship difficulties, trauma including combat trauma and sexual assaults, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addictions.
I provide in-person sessions at my office in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I also provide secure telehealth video sessions or phone appointments for clients who live in Florida.
I enjoy learning more about my Christian faith and try to continue growing deeper in my relationship with God. I have been married for 13 years. My wife and I have four children.
As a therapist, I enjoy using traditional therapy techniques in my sessions with clients, while also incorporating faith. I believe that Christianity offers many valuable resources that can give individuals the hope and strength to overcome their struggles. I can enjoy helping my clients to live out a virtuous life that is in keeping with their morals. If clients are struggling with a particular moral issue, I can assist them with examining the behaviors related to their struggle. Christians face many challenges in today’s secular society. I enjoy working with Christian clients and assisting them to live out their values. Together we can come up with a plan, and I will offer encouragement and support along the way.
