FAR (Fully Alive and Renewed) is an “online subscriber-based ministry” with a licensed holistic therapist. As a subscribership, we are a “Neuroscience and Faith” solution-focused group applying the science of the “Mind, Brain (Body), and Relationship” components that heal the soul. We address the need to “Pay Attention” to the core of your inner Soul, which is the central issue in creating a foundation for forming a new thriving, flourishing, and hope-filled person. My goal is to utilize these three components to help you discover your real identity, and celebrate your created design. While you cannot change your past, I will work with you to understand the design of the Mind, (the inner you), which is often called the soul, spirit, heart, or will. This executive center of the Self is your “central hub” for “feeling felt,” valued, and understanding your purpose for life.” Another way to say it is—You are seen, soothed, safe, and secure. The Mind needs another Secure Mind to “know and be known” (to be understood) so that you can thrive and flourish beyond life’s inevitable struggles.

The truth about our life struggles is not merely about our behaviors, but about the misdirected God-designed need for relationship—our Ultimate Secure Connection with God Himself (Eccl. 3:11). Together we will use the multiple systems of “emotional, psychological, and spiritual” practices as “doorways” to discover behavior patterns and negative thought processes that interfere with healthy neuropathways and relationships. When these negative emotions intensify, the PAIN leads to poor decision-making which often produces destructive outcomes. Our goal is to help you follow the neuroscience that affirms your spiritual makeup, and restore a state of being “relationally KNOWN” and KNOWING YOURSELF. Fully Alive and Renewed will help you take steps to end your “relational distance and separation” which is causing your Pain. This transformation begins with integrating the Mind with another Mind/Soul so that you become Fully Alive and Renewed.

Essentially, you are a “bio-spiritual being” living in various relationships; therefore, each component needs to be addressed to become a new healthy restored you. My goal is to assist you in experiencing a “Fully Alive and Renewed” meaningful life. Traveling FAR in life’s journey requires authentic “truth and love, your” power source for energy and information, the relational by-product of knowledge, and grace healing the Mind.

Moving your soul FAR (Fully Alive and Renewed) into wholeness requires a “Secure Attachment.” This ultimately is your “Neuro-Faith” issue. Your completed secure attachment is your attunement with God Himself who gives life. I have been providing therapy since 1995 domestically and internationally since 2017. I provide people with a “new soul compass” clarifying their purpose, and providing a path to reap and transform the soul for a new Fully Alive, and Renewed Life.
