We do this by gaining an understanding of who you are, what you’ve been through and the impacts it has on you in the present so we can find new ways to help you live in a way where you show up how you would like to. These evidence-based practices help us rewire your nervous system to help you have less reactive responses and calmer, confident responses to handle anxiety and depression how you feel comfortable with.
