Marlena Pique

I have a masters of social work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. I became a clinical social worker to serve the pro-life community through professional pregnancy and adoption counseling, including grief counseling for women experiencing abortion loss and post adoption grief. After a ten year break as a stay at home homeschooling mother, I restarted my counseling ministry with a Christian practice serving children, teens, parents, couples, seniors, and families. I love serving the Body of Christ and helping to facilitate God’s healing to His people. I have a decade of experience in Christian therapy treating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, adolescent behavior problems, parenting struggles, marital breakdown, and family therapy. In the past two years, I have gained experience working with seniors struggling with regret, loneliness, and change. I seek to reflect Christ to my clients and speak words that are based in truth, love and promote healing and restoration of relationships. I always seek to understand and get to the root of the problems. I am licensed in four states and provide in person therapy in the Atlanta area and also telehealth throughout Georgia, Mississippi, and West Virginia.
