Hello, I am first and foremost a broken, child of God who has been saved by His glorious grace! It is my sincere desire and hope to be used as a conduit of God in my therapy sessions. God is the ultimate healer! I have been trained in the Gottman Method for couple’s counseling, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and I recently completed EMDR training through the AACC and EMDRIA. I am the mother of 5 adult children, grandmother to 9 and happily married for 34 years. I have worked in a school setting for 9 years, (elementary and high school.) I moved into a clinical setting for two years, working as an independent contractor at a family practice. I felt the Lord’s leading to open a private Christian counseling practice and have been doing that for the last 5 years. My practice is located in Adrian, Michigan. As a licensed counselor in Michigan and Ohio, I also share office space with two other counselors in Sylvania, OH. I primarily work with couples and with women on an individual basis. I’m a country girl who loves the outdoors, animals and growing flowers.
