I’ve been counseling at Rush Creek Counseling Center since 2013. It has been my greatest passion fulfilled to be able to walk along side both children and adults in the midst of difficult times. My passion thrives in being able to aid others in the healing process, while using Biblical principles and giving hope to those that may not know it is there.
I work with clients who are 12+, adults, and couples at Arlington Park location of Rush Creek Counseling Center. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained therapist. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, marriage, family and parenting issues. I enjoy incorporating art into therapy when appropriate, as well as play with children to help them find a way to understand and work through their feelings.
I received my BS in Social Work degree from Howard Payne University and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I thoroughly enjoy being married to one of the funniest men I know and look forward to many more years of laughing together.
