Hello There! I am Joshua Tidwell, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I love helping clients feel valid as a person, and in that validation help clients gain the insight they need to grow and move in their lives.
I work with people in all stages of life, 10 years old and older –with young people, usually helping with family system work and attachment, and with older people navigating transitions or struggles that have been life-long and now your ready to work on them. I welcome you to a safe and open space with lack of shame and judgement.
I seek to help people feel like they are enough. I want to help hold the struggles with you so it doesn’t feel unbearable, and in the end, go through the journey with you to gain insight and resilience in your life. Like Mary Poppins, when my work is done, I move on to those that still need my help.
