Mrs. Jessica Frost

Hello, my name is Jessica Frost. I am an Arizona native and currently live in Surprise, AZ. I am married with 3 children and we all enjoy the great outdoors! I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Masters in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a history of working in crisis hospitals and working with teenagers and adults.
I currently work with adults, teens, individuals and couples. I am trained in EMDR and work with a variety of mental health issues.
I work from a Christ-centered and trauma informed approach.
