I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck. Maybe you simply cannot seem to change the pattern of conflict in your marriage, or your teen’s behavior or emotions are more than you can handle. Maybe your son or daughter is anxious, depressed or addicted, or you have experienced a loss, an accident, or are finally ready to address the trauma in your life that has held you back or kept you disconnected from yourself and others. My approach is to offer a space to process, facilitate healing, and walk along side of you to help you realize the opportunity and potential for flourishing. Through my own experience and expertise, I will support your process through a combination of observation, inquiry, and intervention.
